Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Time Estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days depending on your location within India. Remote areas may take longer.

Shipping Charges Shipping charges, if any, are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order value.

Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp to monitor your delivery.

Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged due to transit, please share an unboxing video or photos within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement as per our Replacement Policy.

Non-Delivery In case of non-delivery, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate with the courier partner.
