Our Policy At Zaid Imitation, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we offer a replacement for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.

Replacement Eligibility A replacement can be claimed only if:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • You raise the claim within 48 hours of delivery
  • You provide valid proof at the time of claiming

Proof Required for Replacement To process your replacement request, you must submit:

  • A clear unboxing video or photographs of the damaged/defective item
  • Your order number and delivery details

Without valid proof, we will be unable to process any replacement request.

No Returns or Exchanges We strictly do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances, including change of mind, size issues, or colour variation due to screen display differences.
