Refund & Cancellation Policy
Our goal is to provide you a hassle-free shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation Policy
- Before Dispatch: Orders can only be cancelled before the product has been dispatched or shipped.
- After Dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. If there is an issue with your order, support will be provided as per the policy below.
- How to Request: Please contact us immediately with your Order Number to initiate a cancellation request.
2. Refund Policy (Fixed Price)
Our business operates on a fixed price model; therefore, discounts or refunds are generally not available.
Refund is NOT applicable in the following cases:
- You did not like the product.
- The color or finish looked different from your expectations.
- There is a size or fit issue (where applicable).
- Change of mind after placing the order.
Refund or Replacement is considered ONLY in the following cases:
- A wrong or incorrect product was sent by us.
- The product was damaged in transit (proof required).
3. Damaged / Wrong Item Received
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following information:
- Your Order Number
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- An unboxing or opening video (strongly recommended for damage claims)
We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund (in eligible cases) based on the situation.
4. Refund Processing Time
- Once your return or claim is approved and the item has been received and inspected, the refund will normally be processed within 5–10 business days.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (UPI, bank account, or card).
5. Shipping Charges
- Free Delivery: Orders with a total value of ₹600 or above qualify for free delivery.
- For orders below ₹600, shipping charges will be applicable and will be shown at checkout.
- Shipping charges are generally non-refundable, except when the issue is caused by a damaged or wrong item being delivered by us.
- If a return pickup is arranged, pickup charges (if applicable) may be deducted from the refund amount.
6. Jewellery Care & Disclaimer
Our jewellery is crafted from high-quality imitation materials. To maintain its finish and longevity, please follow these care tips:
- Avoid contact with water, perfume, and chemicals.
- Store in a dry place, preferably in the pouch or box provided.
- Normal tarnishing over time due to regular usage is not covered under our return or exchange policy.
